National Waste & Recycling Association (NW&RA)
As a member of the National Waste & Recycling Association, Otto is part of an organization that provides leadership, advocacy, research, education and safety expertise to promote the North American waste and recycling industry. In addition, Otto is proud to announce our participation in the NW&RA’s Member Buy from Member program.
Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA)
Through Otto’s membership in the Solid Waste Association of North America, Otto is connected to a network of resources including education, technology, safety, and industry standards and statistics. Otto’s local SWANA chapter memberships connect Otto with individual communities where Otto can work with local municipalities on waste collection solutions.
National Association Of Information Destruction (NAID)
As the international trade association for companies providing information destruction services, NAID keeps Otto up to date on industry news, international government actions and proposals, and current programs and services. As a member of NAID, Otto shares in NAID’s standards and ethics in regards to the proper protection and disposal of confidential customer records.
NW&RA Women's Council
Otto has several active representatives on the Women’s Council which is dedicated to the professional development of women in the waste industry while striving to increase their business, financial and leadership skills through education, workshops, mentoring, and networking.
NW&RA Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA)
As a growing organization, Otto is committed the development of future waste and recycling industry leaders. Otto has several team members who have been selected to join the Future Industry Leaders Alliance (FILA) which provides education, networking and mentoring to emerging industry leaders to prepare them for executive advancement and professional leadership in the waste industry.
